"Brian Binash, executive vice president of Emerald Homes in The Woodlands, Texas, tells any client who refuses to sign his company's arbitration clause to go elsewhere. He says they will continue the practice, even if (and when) the roaring economy slows down."

Mar 30 2001: Testimony heard for Texas Senate Bill SB623 Randy Birdwell, CEO of Emerald Homes spoke in favor of the bill. This bill would provide more protection to builders even if a reasonable offer was not provided prior to a suit (arbitration). Others who testified include:
