*Consumer Comment ..I wouldn't want to do business with you either...In the mist of signing the contract we were informed we had to sign a paper stating you had to use D.R. Horton mortgage company or only 8 other lenders they aprove of. So basically one can not use any mortgage company they want to go with. Of course up until this point we were only told that if you didn't use D.R. Horton mortgage company then D.R. Horton would pay none of the closing costs. Read more...
