"There was defective caulking, large gaps in the bricks, the tub wasn't working properly, cracks in the ceiling and the dining room, water intrusion in the walls...," Kushner said. "Even my garage door wasn't installed properly and every time the wind blew, it would cause the security alarm to go off. I had to have someone come out and fix that problem. It was horrible." A closer inspection would reveal nearly every family heirloom and assorted clothing and shoes stored in her closet had fallen apart, leaving Kushner clueless as to the cause...Kushner has presented her case, from the Harris County Appraisal District to Rep. Corbin Van Arsdale to members of the statehouse all the way to Gov. Rick Perry.

Seller has no control over and is not responsible for any easements on, adjacent to, or in the vicinty of the Property, and the Purchaser understands that individuals, corporations, and/or utilities may have specific rights granted by those easements, if any, including but not limited to access and use of the property described by the easements, which easement rights may exist whether or not such easements are being utilized at the present time;

B. Seller ha no control over land which it does not own that is located adjacent to or in the vicinty of the property and makes no representation as to what may or may not be built adjacent prtoperty or how such property may be used in the future; and

C. Seller reserves the right to alter, change, and/or discontinue its prices and building programs on any property, lots, includig those located in any subdivision owned or controlled by Seller ( subject to any restrictivecovenants affecting Property), which alterations,changes or discontinuances include, but are not limited to, changes from residential land usage to commercial land usage.

D.
