Letter to the Editor supports Builder Regulation in Frisco

This issue is significant enough in Frisco that two charter amendments are scheduled. If passed, city regulation of home builders would be substantially increased. Unfortunately, the Frisco City Council and city manager are opposed.

Of course the Home Builders Association is opposed, as some of its members prosper in the existing "buyer beware" environment.

Legislation such as the Frisco charter amendments should be addressed at the state level, as all Texans deserve this protection.
