Man gets 20 years on plans to kill, kidnap A Cincinnati man was sentenced in Lexington yesterday to 20 years in prison for soliciting the killing of a federal judge and prosecutor and threatening to have an FBI agent's two children kidnapped, the U.S. attorney said.Anthony "Tony" Erpenbeck Sr. -- already serving a prison sentence in another case -- was found guilty of the federal charges in December....Bill Erpenbeck was convicted in April 2004 of bank fraud and witness tampering and is serving a 30-year sentence. Their game is to wear you down so you become so numb that you simply give up. They could care less about the time and money you have invested to make things work...The customer â the consumer â is no longer in charge of what they buy. They are at the mercy of the builder, the electrician, the plumber, the carpenter, the painter, and the indifferent service reps and sales clerks at the retail stores. Iâve lost the America I grew up in during the 1940s and â50s. I no longer expect to see that level of care and consideration for the rest of my lifetime. |
