This information is provided for potential homebuyers to allow them to see how fast this company works to build a home. Management has to construct homes this fast because the home office needs to push the numbers for the stockholders. In other words, it’s not about anything including quality but money.  Read and you the future homebuyer can decide. If you don’t believe it, ask a sales staff member how fast you can get in a home built that is not in inventory.
