TODAY A JUDGE SAID IF SHE KEEPS THE LEMONS AWAY, SHE DOESN'T OWE THEM A DIME. BUT UNLIKE LEMON LAWS THAT PROTECT CAR BUYERS, EXPERTS SAY CONDO OWNERS ARE LEGALLY LEFT IN THE LURCH.
