May 29, 2001 Interesting Tidbits: Randy Birdwell was in the
Corps of Cadets at Texas A&M with the President of Homeowners for Better
Building, Houston, John R. Cobarruvias. Mr. Birdwell has spoken on many
occasions to the Texas Senate and House concerning homebuilder bills. If
you have any complaints about your home, I am sure I can convince Mr. Birdwell
to resolved the situation quickly.

Senate Bill SB623 Randy Birdwell, CEO of Emerald Homes spoke in favor
of the bill. This bill would provide more protection to builders even if
a reasonable offer was not provided prior to a suit (arbitration). Others
