This is a link to the Complaint recently filed by KB Homeowners in the United States District for the Southern District of Texas - Laredo Division. This Court has scheduled a hearing for March 19, 2003 on the KB Homeowners request for a restraining order that would prohibit KB Home from attempting to force any homeowner to binding arbitration over their warranty claims. Information concerning this Class Action Lawsuit is one way "The Victims Project" seeks to assist homeowners.
