| | This is the Story about 3 houses in the same cul-de-sac. None of the houses are older than 2 years. KB came out at least up to 5 times to "PATCH" things up. The 3 houses we are talking about are all right next to each other and they are KBHomes. By no means are we trying to tell anyone to stay away from KBHomes , we are just encouraging everyone to be cautious when buying any Home, from any Builder. Also to show you what happened to our "American Dream" of Home Ownership. |

| All pictures you see are real , none of them are fake or staged in any way. We will constantly update the pictures as new cracks appear. When you see the pictures keep in mind that the houses have been repaired (PATCHED) up to 5 times already. Some of the pictures are difficult to make out , but if you look closely you will see bad patch jobs, bubbles in the ceilings, lines and uneven walls. One house was repaired (Patched) 4 month ago . | | This was to be our third KB home, we have since cancelled the contract. The first was over a year old, and we had no problems in the 14 months we were in it. We moved out of town and sold it. We then built a KB Home in Pflugerville, TX outside of Austin. They screwed up the foundation on the first one and the framing wouldn’t fit.
