From the time I purchased my home the following problems have been on going: Mold in upstairs and downstairs walls, sparks coming out of electrical sockets when it rains, day light can be seen through kitchen walls, day light can be seen through roof in the attic, windows and walls leak, window sills rotting from water intrusion, baseboards swollen from water intrusion, AC and Heating unit is not working correctly, cracks in exterior brick work, exterior siding is defective and falling apart, fuse boxes for water heater and A/C fan are blocked and cannot be opened, low water pressure in tubs and faucets, tub in master bedroom separating from tile, overhang over front porch has been caulked and re-flashed 4 times yet it still leaks. The result is my daughter has allergy and cold like symptoms and I have continually suffered with sever headaches and nose bleeds from the mold contamination in our home. Every time we leave our home the symptoms disappear but upon returning we become sick again...  |
