Pulte Homes Reschedules Official City Council Meeting
Pulte made a last minute request to change the date of the schedule meeting before the Clermont City Council.  Pulte took matters into their own hands and placed their own signs with their own dates.  See Pulte Sign Notice.

                     Pulte Power!  Who Runs the City?
Not knowing whether the request would be granted, Verde Ridge HOA members showed up for the scheduled meeting on April 28.  Approximately 60 residents promptly left City Hall after it was announced that Pulte's request for a new date had been granted.  According to the sign that was posted at the entrance of the development, Pulte is planning a meeting with the residents on May 4th.  Check back here for more details.
