Residents say the developer never built the streets in Ventura Heights to county specifications. Homeowners have been told they'll have to shell out $8,000 each if they want their streets fixed.
Ventura Heights resident Tamarand Darling fears the neighborhood is dangerous for her children, and if she had known this beforehand, she says she would have thought twice before building a home in the neighborhood.
