Outrageous! Buy a New Home - Don’t Sue and Shut Up
Homebuilders will stop at nothing – Now Buyers must agree not to Speak

Beware of New Builder Clause – Homebuilder requires that homebuyer sign clauses forcing buyers to give up their constitutional rights.  It’s a decision between constitutional rights and the American Dream.

WFAA - Empty houses - Buescher Homes is bankrupt

COLLIN COUNTY -- In one Collin County neighborhood the weeds are growing and residents are growing impatient. It’s been 3 months since Buescher Homes, the large builder, went bankrupt. The fallout: half-built homes and now code compliance issues.

There are million dollar homes with just the frames, and one was recently hit by vandals at Craig Ranch.

Thursday Craig Ranch bought up 153 leftover Buescher lots to maintain quality control for their multi-acre project. But what about the half built homes?

“It's something we can not control, do not control,” said Jeff Reinhard, Craig Ranch.

So they're encouraging new developers to finish what was started.

“Looking at the grand scheme of things you have to protect the integrity of really a multi-billion dollar organization,” said Jeff Reinhard, Craig Ranch.

David Chaney is protecting his property values, too. He lives next door to a home no where near done, and a plot of weeds. He says it was re-inspected on May 7, but nothings changed, just more finger pointing.

“It's not our responsibility,” said Chaney.

But whose is it?

Buescher Homes is bankrupt. The HOA legally can't help. No new developer has stepped in. The city keeps leaving citations, and yet the weeds grow and the trash builds up.

“Someone needs to take care of this. It's an eyesore. You don't want to invite friends over. They're like: ‘Man, look at your neighborhood’. What's going on?” said Chaney.

But Frisco is reacting. They will mow 70 unsightly yards Monday after putting a lien on each property to get it done.
