AARP lawyers lobby with CAI foreclosure lawyers and ask the New Jersey Supreme Court to deny homeowners who live in homeowner associations their constitutional right to free speech
AARP is a business that sells insurance, travel or pharmaceutical discount card cards to people over the age of 50. AARP's lawyers Steven Siegel, Franco A. Munoz, and Susan Ann Silverstein, claiming that AARP more than 36 million "members", including 1.3 million members who reside in New Jersey have joined CAI foreclosure lawyers to "assist" New Jersey Supreme Court Justices Harold H. Kestin, Steven L. Lefelt, and. Jose L. Fuentes with "public policy" regarding homeowners who live in homeowner associations. AARP is asking the New Jersey Supreme Court to deny New Jerseyans in homeowner associations their constitutional right to free speech. 'Rule of Law'- Not For You! |
Nov 5, 2006 by Taffy Rice
When a young mother endures a messy divorce, custody becomes a weapon to deny her every semblance of due process along with threats of "contempt." It's an ever growing and repetitive pattern in the courtrooms of Judge George Kreeger and Judge Adele Grubbs. |

After living a 7 year odyssey into a property rights abyss, Taffy and Andy Rice decided, if no politicians would protect property rights, they would run for office. But the lessons kept on coming, as they began to understand the theft inherent in Black Box Voting! |

Chamber Membership [An Article] |
Control of the Judiciary |
Nov 4, 2006 by Taffy Rice
When the US Chamber of Commerce became the focal point for determining who would survive or thrive in business, who has property rights, what judge will be elected, or how schools can become major revenue streams, the end of any healthy economy is fast becoming closer than ever. As many are starting to realize, the fascist control begun by the Republican Party has become more than a partisan tool of plunder, as Democrats change parties and similarly ignore the 'rule of law' for both gain and protection! |

LEGISLATIVE FRAUD BY SENATOR JOHN CARONA [An Article] |
TUPCA is a lengthy bill full of traps for homeowners deliberately written to give the appearance of providing "protection" |
Nov 5, 2006 by StopTexasHOARackets

If you read Community Association Institute's (CAI) "Public Policies", they seek to establish a consensus that the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act does not apply to Homeowner Associations. John Carona, the owner of the largest management company, is at it again with the Texas Uniform Planned Community Act (www.tupca.org). This legislation is absolutely horrible for homeowners. Carona is trying to create HOAs even where HOAs never previously existed. TUPCA now authorizes this "priority of payment" scam §83.102(14). Carona is trying to ensure that all disputes have to be sent to arbitration rather than the court. Generally every section of this lengthy proposed bill has a hidden trap for the homeowner. The text is deliberately written to give the appearance of providing "protection" until you understand how Carona and his organization behave. |

A condo association in Hawaiian Gardens, California, attempts control and corruption with an illegal election. |
Nov 5, 2006 by Janice Wolf
In a blatant violation of the California Corporation Code, an illegal election was held to apparently perpetuate corruption and lack of accountability. This attempt to control and perpetuate the mismanagement of Belshire Gardens Homeowners Association was initiated by several homeowners and previous board members in concert with the property manager. The property manager ran the election and meeting as a one-man show, as he were the entire board embodied in one person. |

Special assessment of $67,000 to deal with an ongoing water damage problem from the building's homeowners association is |
Nov 5, 2006 by Maureen Milford
Marilyn Harwick has two words for potential condominium shoppers: buyer beware. Harwick is among the 40 owners of apartments in the Broomall condominium building in Wilmington, Deleware., faced with paying a special assessment to deal with an ongoing water damage problem. Her bill from the building's homeowners association is $67,000 and climbing. That's a hard pill to swallow considering she paid only $130,000 for her spacious three-bedroom condo in 2004. "I got taken," said Harwick, 76. |
