People may want to go to this site and see if it may be an option other then  the BBB. Since I saw several complaints closed by the heads of the BBB on my builder  (in favor of the builder) this may be another option of skilled professional law students and their mentor law professors.
Having attended several of Professor Alderman's  consumer day classes I can atest they are certainly worthwhile and the law students helping out are extremely professional.This is nothing more then a suggestion. People's lawyer site is under featured topics.
