Bill Mace Builders fraud, deception and probable foreclosure for victims.
Wonder what their BBB rating is, was?

When i looked just now for Bill Mace or even just Mace on the main BBB site for TN and they didn't list  him.  Some people might mistakenly think this mean they had no complaints but it probalby means he's not a member.

There is a Nashville BBB for that area that only listed a Mace realty co, not sure if it's related in any way but it had a "satisfactory" rating. http://nashville.bbb.org/

I did some more navigating around the BBB sites and one listed many co's owned by a Bill someone...many pages of them, and not in alphabetical order.   If I were actually considering hiring someone I'd look at every page but I'm not, so I stopped there.  What struck me is the inconsistency of the search results from three or more different approaches that supposedly were all about businesses with the name Mace in TN.  I doubt many people realize you can do the same search different ways and find different things, even on the same database.  The BBB needs to get it together, that database should be more consistent than that.  But of course, we know informing consumers isn't their top priority anyway.

The first time I looked I saw Bill Mace Homes with a satisfactory rating. I went back a few minutes later and could not find it.  If it pops up again I will post.
