Today, my gripe site ranked #1 in google search when you type in the builder’s name. It’s been in the top ten at least five years, even as just a subdirectory of keepernsol, in spite of the builder and their associates spamming the index to push all complaints out of sight.  My site is not great, but spider bots seem to like the layout. The site was started after we were forced to leave the home, and thus it was done in a rush while ill from mold and whatever. I have not had the desire to spend hours in updated web design.

What is most bizarre to me, the builders reactions, and lack of. I can’t guess the lies the sales people have scripted to explain away the gripe site. The company is soundly structured to get away with fraud and negligence. My contact with them, it was clear they were never concerned about their ability to legally get away with anything.

But when something slips through the cracks, after they’re certain they got away with crime fair and square as usual, they appear dysfunctional. They only make the situation worse by taking action, so they just seem to try to suppress it on individual levels. It appears they have no company policy for cases where they can’t lie or cheat their way out of a problem.

I don’t know how much their sales are affected. Their best markets are in the D.C. area, and though weakened, they’re not shut down. So much of America’s wealth has been pipelined through the Bush administration, it appears the trickle down affect is still working in that area for now. Not all Americans have been in a bind as media shows. NVR stock is at an 8 year low, but most overinflated stocks took a big hit recently.

My gripe site is kind of a success, but then again not really. I would much rather be highly visible for my music production or novels, or even the successful developments in my former job in advanced ceramics for aerospace and the computer industry. That’s not all about a fame and fortune focus, as I'm old enough to know health and happiness are all that matters personally.

I seriously wanted to contribute something positive to society through my work, and I did, but got cut off short. NVR /Ryan Homes contributions are considered more valuable I guess. America needed more over priced cracker box houses most of all.?

For some reason saying "Congratulations" just doesn't seem appropriate, so I will say I am glad. Grin
People in Houston do not seem to want to do anything but get the news media involved. They do not post, get involved or partake in lobby days. All they do is b*tch to a reporter. That is all well and good but after a day or 2 their story is gone and forgotten unless they make the effort to keep it where people can see it. Huh

That is a nationwide sickness in this country. I've heard from literally hundreds of victims of Ryan Homes. All they do is complain a while and go away just like the builder expects. It's why there will be hundreds more. We have to take on a new attitude in this country.

We have corporate owned media, and corporate sponsored government, which somewhat defeats the checks and balances required for a free democracy and free markets to function best. Just switching to Democrat control in government isn’t going to reverse the failings we are going through.

People have to each get involved on some level. It’s not just about getting even when we publically expose fraud and abusive business behavior. There’s no department that actually does anything about that anymore. Those agencies are more illusions. Our freedoms are coming down to the individual level.

Right now NVR is ahead of the game by setting up BS corporate governance departments, and the CEO stopped taking salary as a gesture of corporate responsibility in their troubled industry. He and the people that have made hundreds of millions doing whatever the Hell they wanted are pretending to be socially responsible in the public scrutiny, while sitting on the top of a pile of blood money.
