That thread on ECHO won't open.  I googled it and interestingly the thread can be read from a google link.  Just FYI to whoever maintains this board you may have a bad link or something:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Ethical+Contractors+for+Home+Owners%22&btnG=Google+Search&aq=f&oq=

(The "equal" sign at the end of that link may need to be added manually.  I find that links ending in "=" often don't work unless you do that.)

I was doing some research earlier today and needed to Google the title and I saw a link to the thread and was able to post a reply, so I figured the forum glitch had been resolved.

I guess not.

I also saw where Janet had tried to get assistance from the Simple Machines Forum Software Community Help Forum, but to no avail.

I have tried all suggestions on the board to get over the glitch but to no avail. It is very frustrating. once a thread has over 10 posts I cannot bring it up, that is why I started Legend-part ll.
If anyone has other suggestions for Janet please pm her. By the way I have tried this on numerous computers and it is the same thing, over 10 posts and nothing comes up.

It is a coding problem with the Joomla Interface, or at least that was the most convincing analysis at the Simple Machines Community Forum, which no longer supports that Joomla Hack.

I believe that the problem will require a volunteer who knows the behind the scenes coding, to eventually be resolved.

I'm going to see if I can understand the coding in the program enough to see where it's messed up, but coding has always been a boring subject to me.
