These articles were written along with 2 others. Previously  I posted the  2 articles in regards to defective homes in Houston and surrounding areas. The articles below were written to allow consumers to arm themselves when buying new construction. Maybe the reporter meant well but those of us who have been scammed know better.
Advice from a realtor touting always make sure you have a realtor when you house shop for new construction; the other article interviewing Dan Parsons head of Houston BBB and protector of bad builders in my opinion.
I would like comments and opinions on these articles.
