There are people seeking solutions to this problem;

If you have any information that might help please share it with us.

Well, well… Stuccoman's years of persistence paid off.   Stuccoman is finally added to the long list of heroes.  Batman, Superman and finally Stuccoman!  Keep on searching for solutions to the agony of defeat for families stuck with the evils of hardhearted homebuilders.   The little guy needs heroes.

As Stuccoman always said:
If it was your house wouldn't you want it done right?

When it happens to you, it doesn't really matter how many good houses are out there, now does it?

if all else fails, then sue 'em:

http://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/bristol.html

"A class action lawsuit is pending against Bristol Parc. The homes were built by Pulte Homes in Gateway Florida in the late 1990s. The suit claims that shoddy construction practices lead to water infiltratin into the homes through windows and elsewhere. The resulting massive infestations of mold has caused some homeowners to have to leave their houses. The suit also claims that Lee County home inspectors should have been able to identify the manufacturing errors in the homes."
