I posted this under Texas but having second thoughts I think everyone should know what may happen to them.
This happening on the heels of 2 spins from the homebuilding industry declaring how great thing are in Houston and how well built homes are.
This showcases how irresponsible, lax and apathtic people can be. This is a disaster waiting to happen.

IMO this is a sign the builder is about to go under because if whoever's in charge of these papers just left them and no one noticed for so long it indicates possible layoffs, people not getting paid, disgruntled employees, or a builder who's just lost inerest because they may be folding their business or going bankrupt.  Good thing somene finally noticed and did something.  I hope no one's ID was stolen.

Excellent point Jane. I guess we will have to wait and see if the subdivison will be completed.
If this is the case then that certainly will give less credibility to the editorial declaring how great things are in Houston. (unless the comment is made Conroe is not Houston so there!)

This story on Supreme Builders comes from Channel 39 in Houston. They are the only ones that I have found that actually pinpointed the BBB angle. 12 complaints in the last 36 months and still maintains a good record.
This  film is more detailed then the others.
