Article sounds misleading, implying it's a good thing to be able to file for arbitration.  They also are probably mistaken about arbitration being rare in health care disputes.  In fact many doctor's contracts require you sign away your rights.  Since this type of arbitration is private, it's very hard to find out how many arbitrations are taking place, or the outcome.  Only CA requires these decisions be public record and w/no detail in that record, a "win" for a consumer can still be their loss if they didn't recover much of their damages.  The secrecy has hidden a lot of complaints and corruption IMO.
