here's another idea: check out: HOBB Community > Interact by Region > Talk with others in your state > South Carolina
I was surprised to see over 500 reads on an earlier post of mine that I put under "South Carolina". thinking about it though, it makes sense that people would go to the state where they live or they're thinking of buying.
fill up those state forums!
