This is disgustingly biased and phony, just like the arbitration procedures they foist on consumers.

They didn't ask the right people I guess.  Wink  What's sad is that far too many people are still ignorant of arbitration and would believe this, just like they fell for tort reform.  If not for the internet far MORE people would be walking around in an ignorant daze.  Thankfully, there was a counter-press-release presenting the other side but I have not noticed it being picked up in any mainstream media like the Chamber's press release was snapped up.  Hmmm.  I recall a college class where the correct answer to a test question was that the media was liberal.  I'm not seeing that in real life.  Real life answer would be that the media sucks up to Corporate America.
