With elections coming up I went back and dug up this news report. One of these good people in the story is my state representative. The same one who vowed to help me with my house of horrors and then backed down. As with everything else when you are making your choice to vote do your homework. What I have started doing is boolean searches on our local tv stations for certain information. I believe Houston has some of the best investigative reporters. I am familar with some of the other tv stations in Texas who do great investigative work as well and use them as resources. If you believe things just because a candidate is saying it you may be in for a big disappointment. Find articles and stories. Don't think those cute family pics and those with the HS booster club tell the story.
Well since my state rep. now has other opponents I guess I can help their cause and I will.

The gentleman in the beginning of the story runs Campaigns for People and I consider him one of the best people in Austin for bringing so much to the forefront of the public.
One of the true think tanks of Austin in my opnion.
