The worst Home ever!
This is the worst home i ever bought. And I read all the bad reviews about Kb home and I still didn't listened. Shame on me. I asked the salesman about the bad reviews, he said, " We fixed all thos problems we had in the past." BULLSH-T. He lied about about features of the home and after moving in, within a month everything started falling apart. Electrical sockets don't work. bad plumbing. Even the customer service guy said " we didn't have a good plumber on this project." The doors on my kitchen and bathroom cabinets are falling off and the say " we don't cover that." One of the kitchen doors fell on the foot of the kb customer service rep when he was in my home and he still says we don't cover it. This is the worst home I ever seen in my life. The home is barely a year old. I wonder whats going to happen in 2 years.
