Please make sure you look at the link below. Customers have 30 days to OPT OUT of a binding arbitration clause in their contract.
It is recommended by the parties in this newscast you do so.

When it happens to you, it doesn't really matter how many good houses are out there, now does it?

Comcast is a lousy company anyway, and we've long talked about how to delete them. Most of the time on service calls for repair or installation they fail to show up at all when scheduled, and if they do show, they just about always require a second service call to fix what the first guy missed or forgot in their rush to move on. In part it's because they hire one guy to do two people's jobs for cost cutting.

It's no wonder why they need arbitration protection, which again just proves arbitration is the latest industry buzz for low or no liability from consumers. It was never meant to be used in consumer contracts.

We've not seen any opt out notice here. Since our mail contains about 20 junk mail ads to one needed bill, we don't always see important mail, plus we commonly get other people's mail. We'll certain terminate Comcast for this one though. Without protection, it will be in every consumer contract anyway, so there may be no escape

I reserve the right to make as many errors in my statements as builders make in new home construction.
