Someone in the infancy stages of the bad builder experience has started a website about our builder just as Ryan Homes closes down another website. There's no contact info yet on the site, so can't tell them about HOBB.ORG or ryanhomesnightmare.com. They're (Ryan Homes/NVR inc) letting more people slip through their fictional "perfect customer service record" cracks. Clearly the low fed rate interest fueled buyer glut is way over, and having an impact.

Maybe schemes,scams and out rightfraud will no longer be cost effective for big builders?
