Where shall I start?
 Every window in the house leaks and/or sweats. Water stains around windows.
 Roof leak was homeowner's maintance-I should have been on the roof chaulking according to this builder.
A roof leak caused water to come through a vent, filled the microwave, leaked out of the microwave's vent and into the stove. At the same time water was coming down the wall behind the microwave. I had to get a roofer asap to fix.
 Walls have cracks and nails popping out throughout the house.
  Garage floor cracked.
  Mortor and bricks chipped and crumbling.
  Front lawn is sunken .
  One can put their hand up the hardiplank.
 Carpet is rolled throughout the house as a problem persists that no one can identify and has runied almost all my personal possessions.
   Numerous other code violations documented by my home inspector. Legend claims homeowner caused defects.
   Absurd and unconscionable.
   This company says they have a good BBB record. They do.
   The BBB even told me they were their good client, good customer. The BBB closes out more complaints then the resolve with Legend. Be sure to look at JD Power for where they stand as well as more on hobb for this builder. Also check rate your builder and ripoff report.
