HOBB Community

I am looking for anyone out there who has built with Richmond American Homes.  I notice they are not on the list of featured builders.  I built in a Phoenix neigborhood and almost all of my neighbors has had issues with this builder.  From less than average subcontractor work, superintendents that flat out lie to get the job done and get you to close, warrantie personnel that no call no show - we have not had a pleasant experience.  This is my first build so not sure how common this is.  I can only say that I would never recommend Richmond to anyone - but not sure if it is just my area.
