When we bought in 2004 I never imagined the poor construction that I've seen since we moved here--roof truss connections that don't meet building code requirements, defective stucco, a roof that leaks, cracks, a failed retaining wall, poorly constructed and maintained lagoons, etc. My blogsite, http://peretired.blogspot.com/ (http://peretired.blogspot.com/), is dedicated to providing others with the warning that we never got--about shoddy construction, an arrogant builder, and an inept County.
