Regardless of what victims write to declare their displeasure in regards to TRCC they will have to decide whether or not they will take a day off from work to attend hearings or keep it business as usual.
TRCC has their agenda set for the next few years and it will be business as usual for them.
Considering the catastrophic stories some people told last year at state affairs and to not have moved one of YOUR ELECTED representatives to vote for a consumer protection bill was demoralizing to say the least. If people would like believe that the sunset comm. will be any different you will be in for a surprise.
TRCC was a topic of conversation on a radio show I heard yesterday.  The talk show host asked the question of the guest who had tight connections to Austin, if he  believed TRCC would be abolished. Answer, no.
I met with some people as well and was told the same thing.

It would appear that the only way a consumer can avoid the black hole that is the TRCC, is to buy a resale house or rent.  As more people become educated about the problems of shoddy construction, mortgage fraud, etc, I think more may decide that buying a new house isn't a "must have."

Hold on now.  TRCC is and has always been in major trouble.  Most victims are very anxious to testify and see it as a great opportunity.  A lot more is happening.  Soooo...Stay tuned...

I can not wait to testify, The homebuilders have no concience.
They wait beyond the door to see how they can trick  all new home buyer
to sign the unscrupolous contract,that only favors them,(since they pay
the crooks on the top, to support them).They made a mess and now they
cry. GOOD
