Below is a big honkin' link for a tiny teaser of an article that is by paid subscription only.  It's about Ryland's lawsuit, where homeowners were forced to use Ryland's lender I believe.  I can't find any NEW free news about this, (like this week).  Does anyone know why the court dismissed it (other than the first thing that comes to mind like protecting big builders from accountability)?

The recent articles there are the illegal title insurance kickback fines for six builders.  What I'm looking for is info on the lawsuit about lending law violations such as requiring buyers to use the builder's lender.  The judge dismissed the case.  HUD doesn't have anything recent on that one either, but a lot of builders are on the HUD site for various violations, going back years.
