Title: Please DON’T stop whining! Post by: rrj on September 15, 2007, 12:41:42 pm That’s how America was formed. If history is accurate the Boston Tea party was a starting point, because some people whined over taxation without representation. America was built almost entirely by what some would call whiners who believed individual rights are the ideal that would make us strong. Some people got together and looked at all the mistakes in the histories of governments past, and came up with a new concept that did make a great country. Protecting individual rights ultimately works best. Complainers were often our true Patriots. (Patriots do not spy on their own people BTW, and the “Patriot Act” is an obscene use of the word. The builders do seem to want to dump the constitution, at least for their business. People can not stop complaining about a business that commits fraud every day, to the point they will be seen as a catalyst for a deep recession ahead (along with the oil cartels). It’s a business that destroys peoples lives every day, that violates the constitution every day. Freedom of speech, what they leave of it, is all that’s going to stop the harm they cause. My builder’s stock is the lowest it’s been in 9 years, as are most other mass home builders. This is not the time to stop complaining. I intend to tell my personal story to no less than 1,000,000 people before I even consider letting it go. There’s never been a better time to tell your story, even if you’ve told it before. The jerks who say you’re whining, one in particular, said so because someone in HOBB helped victims he created force his company to buy back houses that were inherently defective. He was a victim of justice. Builder’s point of view on statistics is insanity. There is no percentage of people who’s lives have been ruined by defective construction that’s acceptable. All the big builders have acceptable mistakes by their standards, with some homes never fixed by the negligent party. It’s all our obligations to say, this isn’t fair, until it is made right. It doesn’t matter how many times you tell your story, you’re only doing what you should be doing.
