Title: Censored posts?
Post by: Ron Jackson on August 13, 2007, 11:29:32 pm
Two of my posts here about Ryan Homes are missing. No one told me why. I don’t have a confidentiality agreement with Ryan Homes to hide their dirt, sleaze, and various criminal activities like others do. There are quite a few others on the city data forum who also aren’t covering for them, and two new websites of buyer victims who have taken the last refuge, using the Internet to go public to disregarded grievances.

Their determination for non-disclosure of finally doing nothing more than the right thing to people they royally screwed doesn’t help them in the long run, but only verifies how pathetic they really are.

Ron, check w/Janet. I have never removed anyone's post except for spam and Janet encourages those posts. Don't know what happened.
If you can recall what you posted go ahead and repost.

I thought about your title "censoring" ( on hobb)
Except for spam and maybe blatant advertising, can you even imagine Janet Ahmad censoring anyone's complaint or post on a homebuilder?

I thought they may have been related to the fact someone settled with Ryan Homes, which requires elimination of all public complaints before settlement can occur. There WAS a link to that now deleted site in one of the posts, but I already had removed all references to those victims when their site went away. It's a well known (to me) part of Ryan Homes warranty guideline requirements, which orders the removal of all public records that a seriously defective home was ever built or ever repaired.

I don't recall what the issues were, that are missing except a link to some victims letters on my site. Builders like to make their victims feel like they're the only one, and once they isolate them, they try to put the blame back on the victim for defects. I could see why they would want that gone from view. http://ryanhomesnightmare.com/ryan_emails.html (http://ryanhomesnightmare.com/ryan_emails.html).

I do get a good bit of traffic from NVR inc (Ryan Homes corp head) who has apparently joined with Sprint for corporate Internet services. I've made my site a top ten hit on most search engines looking for Ryan Homes.

btw: I've learned that censorship was not to blame for the missing posts.  I was mainly concerned about the other victims letters link. There are people out there still buying Ryan Homes, who actually believe they have a 99.9% customer satisfaction. We met a person in real estate at a store during home restoration, and went into our usual why Ryan Homes Sux routine. She turned her voice down to a whisper and said "Ryan Homes people were very sleazy con-artist, but they've never been caught."  I don't want to get caught whispering.
