Title: Colorado Homeowner Protection Act Post by: Kevin on August 09, 2007, 02:33:56 pm I just read an article on the HOBB main website concerning the Colorado Homeowner Protection Act of 2007. The article is a bit dated because that Act went into effect and applies to actions filed on or after April 20, 2007. I am an attorney in Colorado Springs, and I work in construction law. While this may seem to some like ad posting, for those of us that found one dud lawyer after another through every resource close by, it's nice to know there’s someone out there who really wants to take on homeowner issues. I think it could be helpful if consumer friendly lawyers would post somewhere on here.
