Title: Water Quality Post by: Kim Duane on August 08, 2007, 11:04:45 am We purchased a home from Kimball Hill Homes May of this year. We were not advised in writing or otherwise that our water comes from Sacramento County well water. Given the opportunity to know that we would be using well water - we would not have purchased this home in this location. We have the support of numerous neighbors to lodge a class action suit against the builder to compensate us for the cost of a water softener and water purifier and for not disclosing this water issue at the time of purchase. Does anyoneknow if we have a valid complaint?

Your situation happened where I live. The builder did not disclose a toxin in the water, the families went class action and the builder came back at them for not going to arbitration. You may want to check w/some lawyers.
