I noticed it was not retroactive. Where would that place those that are already embroiled in a situation? having to go through arbitration or just SOL? :-[

This just how the bill was filed.
We have a long way to go and who knows if it will indeed pass.
Why should any good, hard working people have any advantage of fairness to go to court after they have been taken advantage of, screwed, scammed etc. Let's just let big business and the corporations eat everyone.
